We welcome runners of all abilities.
We are a friendly club that believes in fun while you run, offering a wide range of running and social activities.
Club sessions are on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and Saturday mornings (see Training Sessions for further details).
We would like you to come and run with us. First sessions are free with no obligation to join. Try us and see!
