Regular training sessions are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings both starting at 6.45 pm with each lasting for about 1 hour and beginning from Southwell Leisure Centre.

On Saturday mornings three runs are now being organised, one for slower members, one for intermediate runners plus a third alternative for those who would describe themselves as ‘faster’.
All three groups meet at the locations set out in the diary below, but the routes taken will be of different lengths and have different leaders. The aim will be for all groups to finish at roughly the same time after 60 to 70 minutes
Often arrangements to share transport can be made.
Any special club event (both running and social) will also be included in the diary. These may well be instead of the normal Tuesday or Thursday training session so make a note of the dates.
All dates are for the Saturday run unless otherwise specified. |
