CLUB MEETINGS ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED DUE TO THE COVID-19 EPIDEMIC
However, we are posting virtual training schedules for people to do on their own or with household members. The idea is that they will be published on Sunday or Monday so runners will have some training to do on the Tuesday. Hopefully this will help us keep up the training routine and give a feeling of continuing club spirit on a Tuesday evening. The sessions may be virtual but the pain will be real.
Please note that Tuesday is the primary midweek training session and any prospective new member should initially attend one of these.

If either the leader or whipper in cannot make their session, please endeavour to arrange a swap.
